LANTERNEK TOV ("Lanternek", "we") provides road freight, mixed farming, trade agency and land transport support services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Shippers and consignees
Contacts, addresses, cargo details and transport documents (waybills, weighbridge tickets).
3. Drivers
Our drivers' and subcontracted drivers' names, licence details, working time and vehicle GPS data, processed for safety, legal compliance and planning.
4. Trade agency
Contacts of buyers and sellers, offers and contracts. We share a party's details with the counterparty only once both agree to proceed.
5. Truck services area
Vehicle numbers and weighing records; video surveillance at the gate, marked with signs, kept up to 30 days.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (transport, tax), legitimate interests (security, fleet management).
7. Recipients
Subcontracted carriers, elevators, banks, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
